  Horrible experience here. Too bad it's the only one in Palmdale. Had my 3 year old with me to be fitted and they were very insensitive to my situation considering that I was by myself to be fitted as well. The employee did not offer any suggestions on tuxedos or suits. She was extremely unfriendly with my son. My son is no angel but he's certainly not the worst either. After being fitted and quoted several times, they decided to raise the price on the rentals. That was a slap in the face. I asked for a manger and all he could do was shake my hand and send me on my way. He didn't bother to ask any questions about my unpleasant experience. Both of them couldn't give a damn. I can't believe they treat customers this way. Would give no stars if possible. If you have kids with you,. be warned, they are not kid/family friendly.
