  This is a huge store with many items and gadgets to choose from but absolutely NO restroom. When I asked about that the cashier said to go to Starbucks to use the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager and she never called him/her. I then asked if they had a shopping cart without poles on it to take my items to my car. She said no that I can pull up to the door and load my car. I wasn't offered help to my car. This store is too large to not have a public restroom and because of that and the lack of customer service I won't shop there again. BTW I didn't complete my order, just left it at the register, too disgusted.
