  Horrible service. Went to trade in my Day 1 PS4 to upgrade to a PS4 Pro, and they wanted to charge me a $50 refurbished fee, saying it was "cosmetic" damaged due to some faint surface scratches (from dusting over 4 yrs) on the removable glossy cover of the system. I took my system with me, called their corporate office, filed a compliant (they thought it was silly too to charge the refurbished fee) and took my system to a different store and exchanged it with no issues. Seems like the staff & managers at this store are NOT for the players. I am a meticulous person & take very good care of my things. They should know the difference between normal wear & tear and damage.
