  My husband bought me a ring for my graduation present. I had nothing but problems, the diamonds kept falling out. I loved this ring, but I had the diamonds replaced several times. I swear it spends more time being repaired than it does on my finger. I originally took it to the mall in Bakersfield to have it fixed, but when I got the ring back with a diamond missing, I started taking it to Palmdale. I have had nothing but problems. They don't call me to let me know the ring is in. I have to call them. Now that I had them replace my ring, they didn't even call me to tell me it was in. Come to find out, they didn't have it sized. It's just been sitting there. Absolutely frustrating. I have had some of their reps be really nice, and then there have been some that were really snotty. It's hit or miss.
