  I went here for a PINK sale last year and had a less than great experience. I got there 1/2 hour early (they were giving out phone cases for the first people that arrived) and when they start the give away the manager asks me to download the app first and said she would come back with my gift. She never comes back so I get to the front of the line to show her I downloaded the app and she rudely says "we ran out". I proceeded to talk to her and she turned away and completely ignored me. I proceeded to shop anyway and gave corporate a call letting them know how disappointing their management was. I was sent a 20% off discount card (that I never used) for making the complaint but I would have rather just had a good experience.
